High voltage changeover hoods

Reliable earthing must be ensured to disconnect the electrostatic filter during inspections or similar occasions. For this purpose high voltage change-over covers are used, which we supply in the following variants:

• Manual operation
• Pneumatic actuation
• Electrical operation
• SIL certification (IEC 61508)
• Customer-specific flange dimensions and adaptation to structural conditions

Sunroofs

The transformer rectifier units are often installed outdoors on the filter roof. To protect them from sunlight and weather, sunroofs are often built over them.

Sump trays

The outdoor installation of the transformer rectifier unit usually also includes a drip pan which prevents uncontrolled spreading of the insulating liquid in the event of a leak.
