How they work Trockner

Sucked in atmospheric air contains contaminants, dirt particles and humidity in the form of steamed water that condensates in the pressurized air lines, which can lead to substantial costs (corrosion, frozen pipes, etc.). Using an adsorption dryer prevents the incurrence of such costs. As a preparatory package, the dryer consists of a pre-filter with an automated condensation expeller, adsorption dryer and afterfilter.

Solids and condensed water (oil/water mixture) are caught by the pre-filter up to a residual oil content of 0.03 mg/m³. The downstream adsorption dryer removes the humidity from the pressurized air up to the pressure dew point of - 40 °C. Finally, the afterfilter retains any particles remaining from the dryer substances.
